Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Here at TapeManBlue, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Since 2006, we have been working hard to make sure TapeManBlue tape is tape you can trust; if that's not the case for you, we're here to set things straight. If you need to return your order of blue painter's tape, red stucco tape, or any of our other products, please request a return below.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for any reason as long as the item(s) did not ship from our warehouse.

For any change/modification request after an order is placed (address, item, quantity, etc.) notify us to cancel and please reorder with the updated information.

 

Defective Products:

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Please fill out the form above to request a return. After you fill out this form, our team member will be in touch with you regarding any next steps (example: photos of the product or information needed to submit a claim with the carrier). If your return has been approved, you will be responsible for creating your own return shipping label in order to return the product by mail. You must return the defective item within 30 days of placing your order. 

You will receive your full refund for the cost of the product, excluding any original shipping costs, within 7 business days once your product has been successfully returned and received. The refund will be processed using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. 

 

General Returns:

When you purchased the wrong product or it doesn't fit your need:

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of when you purchased your order.

Please fill out the form above to request a return. After you fill out this form, our team member will be in touch to provide you with the shipping information needed. You will be responsible for creating your own return shipping label in order to return the product by mail. 

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Exchanges:

If your item is in unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different size, width, or length. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

 

Return Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Refund:

If your product return meets all the above requirements, your approved refund will be received within 7 business days from when your product has been successfully returned and received. The refund will be processed using the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
