Returns, Refunds, and ExchangesHere at TapeManBlue, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Since 2006, we have been working hard to make sure TapeManBlue tape is tape you can trust; if that's not the case for you, we're here to set things straight. If you need to return your order of blue painter's tape, red stucco tape, or any of our other products, please follow the simple procedure below.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please go to returns on the bottom of the website to initiate a to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in unused condition, you may exchange your item for a different size, width, or length. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
